The Vaporesso XROS 6 Mini Pod Vape Kit is the more streamlined device in the XROS 6 range, combining a 1600mAh built-in battery, automatic draw activation and compatibility with Vaporesso’s established XROS pod platform. It keeps operation simple while still giving you control over the draw through a precise side airflow slider.

The device supports up to 30W maximum output and automatically works with compatible XROS pods, so there is no full menu or colour screen to manage during normal use. The UK kit includes a 2ml 0.6Ω XROS COREX 3.0 mesh pod, giving you a ready-to-use refillable setup for MTL and more open RDTL vaping.

Vaporesso has also equipped the XROS 6 Mini with its VENTURI airflow system, COREX 3.0 heating technology, SSS leak-resistant pod construction and a five-light battery indicator. Charging is handled through a USB Type-C connection rated at 5V/2A.

Vaporesso XROS 6 Mini Specifications

1600mAh Built-In Battery

The XROS 6 Mini uses a 1600mAh integrated battery, giving it more capacity than the earlier XROS 5 Mini while retaining the slim format associated with the Mini range.

Vaporesso rates the device for up to four days of use under its own test conditions, although actual runtime will vary depending on the pod resistance, frequency of use and draw length.

Charging takes place through a USB Type-C 5V/2A connection, allowing the battery to be topped up without removing it from the device.

COREX 3.0 Mesh Pod Technology

The supplied 0.6Ω XROS pod uses Vaporesso’s COREX 3.0 heating technology. The updated system combines a redesigned mesh heating structure with specialised wicking materials to improve how e-liquid reaches the coil during use.

The heating element is built directly into the pod, so there is no separate coil head to remove. Once the integrated coil has reached the end of its usable life, the complete pod is replaced.

60-Second Smart Prime

The XROS 6 Mini supports Vaporesso’s 60-second Smart Prime system. After a compatible pod has been filled, the system is designed to prepare the coil for use within approximately one minute.

This does not remove the need to fill the pod correctly, but it provides a clear priming process for a newly filled cartridge before vaping begins.

VENTURI Adjustable Airflow

A side-mounted airflow slider lets you change the resistance of the draw without navigating menus or changing device settings.

How to Use the Vaporesso XROS 6 Mini

1. Remove the XROS pod from the device.
2. Open the pod’s top-fill section and add a suitable e-liquid without exceeding the 2ml capacity.
3. Close the filling section securely.
4. Allow a newly filled pod to prime before first use.
5. Insert the pod firmly into the device.
6. Adjust the side airflow slider to suit your preferred draw.
7. Inhale through the mouthpiece to activate the device.
8. Use the front LED indicator to monitor the remaining battery level.
9. Recharge through the USB Type-C port when required.
