Vaporesso XROS 4 Pod Kit
The Vaporesso XROS 4 is a refillable pod kit powered by a built-in 1000mAh battery. It uses Vaporesso’s XROS top-fill pod platform with COREX 2.0 mesh technology and supports both tighter MTL and more open RDL vaping.
Three output levels, Pulse Mode and adjustable rear airflow give more control than a fixed-output pod kit, while the compact screen provides visual confirmation of the selected power setting.
Current UK retail configurations are commonly supplied with 2ml 0.6Ω and 0.8Ω XROS pods.

COREX 2.0 Pod Technology
Vaporesso introduced COREX 2.0 on the XROS 4 generation, refining the mesh structure and wicking material used inside compatible XROS pods.
The coils are integrated into the cartridge, so there is no separate coil installation. When the built-in coil reaches the end of its usable life, the complete pod is replaced.
Three Output Modes & Pulse Mode
The XROS 4 provides three selectable output levels, giving more control over vapour and power delivery than a fixed-output XROS device.
Vaporesso’s AXON chipset also uses Pulse Mode to support consistent power delivery during each draw.
Adjustable Airflow For MTL & RDL
A sliding airflow control on the rear of the device lets the inhale be tightened or opened according to the pod fitted and the user’s preferred draw.
Higher-resistance XROS pods are geared towards MTL vaping, while the lower-resistance 0.4Ω and 0.6Ω options provide a more open RDL-style draw.
Compatible With The XROS Pod Platform
The XROS 4 is compatible with Vaporesso’s wider XROS refillable pod family, including 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω, 1.0Ω and 1.2Ω options.
The 2ml versions use a top-fill design, allowing e-liquid to be added through the filling port beneath the mouthpiece without replacing the complete cartridge after each fill.

Replacement XROS pods are available in several resistances, allowing the same device to be configured for different MTL and RDL preferences.

How To Set Up The Vaporesso XROS 4
- 1Fit a compatible Vaporesso XROS pod securely into the device.
- 2Remove the pod mouthpiece and add e-liquid through the designated filling port, then refit the mouthpiece securely.
- 3When filling a new pod for the first time, allow the e-liquid to soak fully into the integrated coil before use.
- 4Use the rear airflow slider to set a tighter MTL or more open RDL draw.
