Elf Bar AF5000 Vape Kit β 5000 Puffs Rechargeable Vape UK
The Elf Bar AF5000 Vape Kit was a high-capacity rechargeable vape developed for adult UK vapers who wanted more usage than a traditional 600-puff disposable while keeping the familiar simplicity and flavour range associated with Elf Bar.
The device combined a 2ml integrated pod with a 10ml refill container, providing 12ml of e-liquid across the complete system. It was advertised to deliver up to approximately 5,000 puffs, although actual puff count depended on how long and how frequently the device was used.
A built-in 650mAh rechargeable battery powered the AF5000 and supported USB Type-C charging. This allowed the battery to be recharged throughout the lifespan of the supplied e-liquid rather than becoming unusable after a single battery cycle.
The Elf Bar AF5000 also featured a 1.2Ξ© QUAQ mesh coil, designed to provide even heating and consistent flavour. Its 20mg nicotine salt e-liquid delivered a smooth Mouth To Lung experience aimed at existing adult smokers and vapers.
Although the AF5000 was once widely available across the UK, it has now been discontinued following the UK ban on single-use vapes. Adult users looking for a similar current product should consider the newer Elf Bar AF5500, which uses replaceable refill packs while maintaining a similar 2ml + 10ml format.

Why Was the Elf Bar AF5000 Popular?
Up to 5,000 Puffs
The Elf Bar AF5000 offered substantially more advertised usage than standard 600-puff vape devices.
Its large e-liquid system and rechargeable battery allowed it to provide up to approximately 5,000 puffs, depending on individual draw length and vaping habits.
2ml Pod + 10ml Refill System
The AF5000 used an integrated 2ml pod alongside a 10ml refill container.
Once installed, the refill container supplied e-liquid to the active pod, removing the need to manually pour bottled vape juice into the device.
Smooth 20mg Nic Salt
The UK version contained 20mg/ml nicotine salt e-liquid.
Nic salts are widely used in MTL vaping because they provide smooth nicotine delivery and work effectively at lower power levels.
QUAQ Mesh Coil Technology
The integrated 1.2Ξ© QUAQ mesh coil was designed to heat the e-liquid evenly and provide consistent flavour across the lifespan of the vape.
Rechargeable 650mAh Battery
A built-in 650mAh battery could be recharged using USB Type-C.
This gave the device enough battery life to support the full e-liquid system without relying on a single battery charge.
Simple Draw Activation
There were no wattage controls or complicated menus.
Simply inhaling through the mouthpiece activated the device automatically, making it familiar to users coming from disposable-style products.
Familiar Elf Bar Flavours
The AF5000 was available in a wide selection of popular Elf Bar flavours, including fruit, ice, menthol, drinks and tobacco-inspired options.

UK Legal Status
The Elf Bar AF5000 is no longer sold as a current UK vape product.
The UK ban on single-use vapes came into force on 1 June 2025. Despite having a rechargeable battery, the original AF5000 did not use a replaceable refill system, which meant the complete device was still discarded once the e-liquid was finished.
The newer Elf Bar AF5500 was introduced as the reusable replacement. It keeps the familiar 2ml pod + 10ml auto-refill format but uses replaceable refill packs, allowing the rechargeable device itself to continue being used.
