Crystal Fire Pro Ultra Fusion 60K Puffs Prefilled Pod Kit
Upgrade from the original Crystal Fire Pro Ultra 18K with the new Crystal Fire Pro Ultra Fusion 60K Puffs – a high-capacity rechargeable prefilled pod kit built for adult UK vapers who want longer use, dual-flavour variety and simple everyday operation.
The Crystal Fire Pro Ultra 60K takes the concept of the previous 18K model much further, offering an advertised up to 60,000 puffs per complete kit. Its system uses four 10ml prefilled pods, providing 40ml of e-liquid across the complete setup, alongside an advanced mesh coil system and rechargeable USB Type-C battery.
Each edition combines carefully selected flavour profiles through its dual-flavour Fusion pod system, allowing users to enjoy more variety from one rechargeable device.
The current UK listing also specifies 20mg nicotine strength, making the Crystal Fire Pro Ultra Fusion 60K suitable for existing adult vapers who prefer nic salt-style prefilled systems.
Unlike the original Crystal Fire Pro Ultra 18K disposable format, the updated 60K system is marketed with separately available replacement refill pods, allowing the rechargeable device to continue being used after the original pods are finished.

Why Choose the Crystal Fire Pro Ultra Fusion 60K?
Massive Up to 60,000 Puff Capacity
The biggest upgrade over the older Crystal Fire Pro Ultra 18K is capacity.
The new Fusion model is advertised to deliver up to 60,000 puffs, more than three times the headline puff count of its 18K predecessor.
For users who previously searched for the Crystal Fire Pro Ultra 18K, the 60K is positioned as the newer high-capacity alternative.
Four 10ml Prefilled Pods
The Crystal Fire Pro Ultra Fusion 60K includes four 10ml prefilled pods, providing 40ml across the complete kit.
This larger pod arrangement is one of the main reasons the device can offer considerably longer usage than earlier Crystal Fire models.
Dual-Flavour Fusion System
Each edition is built around dual-flavour combinations, allowing two complementary flavour profiles to be enjoyed within the same system.
This makes the 60K particularly appealing to users who prefer switching flavour instead of using one profile throughout the entire device.
Advanced Mesh Coil Technology
The Crystal Fire Pro Ultra Fusion 60K uses an advanced mesh coil system.
Mesh heating provides a wider and more even heating surface, helping maintain consistent flavour and vapour as the pod is used.
Rechargeable USB-C Battery
The rechargeable internal battery supports USB Type-C charging, allowing the device to be topped up whenever required.
There is no need to replace the complete device simply because its battery runs low.
20mg Nicotine Strength
The current 60K listing specifies 20mg nicotine strength, providing the familiar nicotine concentration widely used across UK nic salt prefilled pod systems.
Simple Draw Activation
No complicated menus or firing controls are needed.
Simply inhale through the mouthpiece and the device activates automatically.
Replaceable Crystal Fire Pro 60K Pods
Replacement Crystal Fire Pro Ultra Fusion 60K pods are currently advertised separately.
This is an important difference from traditional single-use devices because the rechargeable device can continue to be used with compatible replacement pods.

Why Upgrade From Crystal Fire Pro Ultra 18K to 60K?
The Crystal Fire Pro Ultra Fusion 60K improves on the older 18K concept in several important areas:
- Puff capacity increases from 18,000 to up to 60,000.
- Four 10ml pods provide substantially more total e-liquid.
- Updated Fusion pods provide dual-flavour combinations.
- Advanced mesh coils support consistent flavour.
- Rechargeable USB-C design reduces battery-related replacement.
- Compatible replacement pods are sold separately.
- Current flavour combinations provide more variety for returning Crystal Fire users.
If you previously used or searched for the Crystal Fire Pro Ultra 18K, the Crystal Fire Pro Ultra Fusion 60K is the newer model to consider.
UK Reusable Vape Information
The UK ban on single-use vapes came into force on 1 June 2025.
Under government guidance, a vape sold as reusable must have a rechargeable battery and a refillable system. Refillability can be provided through separately available prefilled replacement pods, and any coil must be replaceable either directly or as part of the replacement pod or cartridge.
Because replacement Crystal Fire Pro Ultra Fusion 60K pods are advertised separately, this product should be described in your store as a rechargeable prefilled pod kit, not as a disposable vape.
Retailers remain responsible for ensuring the exact stock they sell complies with applicable UK vape regulations.

Crystal Fire Pro Ultra Fusion 60K FAQs

The complete system is advertised to provide up to approximately 60,000 puffs.
Actual puff count depends on draw length and individual vaping frequency.
Is the Crystal Fire Pro Ultra 60K the updated version of the 18K?
It is currently marketed as the newer Crystal Fire Pro Ultra Fusion 60K, building on the older Crystal Fire Pro Ultra 18K concept with increased puff capacity, a larger pod system and updated Fusion flavours.
How much e-liquid does the Crystal Fire Pro Ultra 60K contain?
The current listing specifies four 10ml pods, providing 40ml across the complete kit.
What nicotine strength does the Crystal Fire Pro Ultra 60K use?

Does the Crystal Fire Pro Ultra 60K use mesh coils?
Yes.
Current specifications list advanced mesh coil technology.
Is the Crystal Fire Pro Ultra 60K a disposable vape?

UK law prohibits the sale of single-use vapes and requires reusable devices to be rechargeable and refillable.
Can you replace the Crystal Fire Pro Ultra 60K pods?

Replacement Crystal Fire Pro Ultra Fusion 60K prefilled pods are currently advertised separately.

Is the Crystal Fire Pro Ultra 18K still the better choice?
For a current UK store, the 60K Fusion is the more appropriate product to focus on because the older 18K was sold in a single-use/disposable format.
The 60K offers a rechargeable design, separately available replacement pods and a much higher advertised puff capacity.
Is the Crystal Fire Pro Ultra 60K legal in the UK?
UK law allows reusable vape systems to continue being sold after the single-use vape ban, provided they meet the legal definition and other applicable vape-product requirements.
Government guidance requires a reusable device to be rechargeable and refillable, with replacement pods/coils separately available where applicable. Retailers should therefore verify their exact stock and compliance documentation rather than relying on puff count or marketing terminology alone.
