Vaporesso LUXE XR MAX 2 Pod Kit
The Vaporesso LUXE XR MAX 2 is a refillable pod mod powered by a built-in 3200mAh battery with adjustable output from 5W to 80W. The UK configuration uses 2ml LUXE XR pods and Vaporesso’s replaceable GTX coil platform.
The kit includes separate MTL and DTL pods, with a GTX 0.8Ξ© Mesh coil for tighter draws and a GTX 0.2Ξ© Dual Mesh coil for higher-powered DTL use. Precise airflow adjustment allows the setup to move between MTL, RDL and DTL depending on the pod and coil fitted.
A 0.96-inch TFT colour display, dynamic RGB lighting and AXON chipset provide clear information and direct control over the device.

AXON Chip & Pulse Mode
Vaporesso’s AXON chipset manages the device’s power delivery, with Pulse Mode used as a core performance setting on the LUXE XR MAX 2.
The system is built around adjustable wattage rather than a fixed output, allowing power to be matched to the installed GTX coil within its recommended operating range.
GTX Dual Mesh Coil Platform
The included DTL setup uses a GTX 0.2Ξ© Dual Mesh coil. Vaporesso’s Dual Mesh construction uses two mesh heating layers to spread heat more evenly across the coil.
The supplied MTL pod instead uses a GTX 0.8Ξ© Mesh coil. Beyond the included coils, the LUXE XR pod system supports a wider range of compatible GTX resistances when paired with the appropriate MTL or DTL pod.
Precise Airflow From MTL To DTL
A dedicated airflow control on the device lets the draw be tightened for MTL use or opened for RDL and DTL vaping.
Pod and coil choice remains important: the supplied 0.8Ξ© MTL setup is intended for a tighter draw, while the 0.2Ξ© Dual Mesh setup is designed for more open, higher-powered DTL use.
0.96-Inch TFT Display & RGB Lighting
The upgraded 0.96-inch TFT screen provides a larger interface than the original LUXE XR MAX, showing key information such as battery level, vaping mode, wattage and coil resistance.
Dynamic RGB lighting works alongside the display, while the physical adjustment controls provide direct access to power settings.
Compatible With The LUXE X Family
The LUXE XR MAX 2 works with LUXE XR empty pods and compatible GTX coils, allowing users to choose replaceable-coil MTL, RDL or DTL configurations.
Vaporesso also confirms compatibility with the wider LUXE X pod range, including integrated-coil pod options for users who prefer replacing the complete cartridge rather than fitting a separate GTX coil.
LUXE XR Pods & GTX Coil Compatibility
The kit is supplied with separate LUXE XR MTL and DTL pods. Compatible GTX coil resistance depends on which pod is installed, so the correct pod-and-coil pairing should be used for the intended vaping style.
Replacement LUXE XR pods, LUXE X pods and GTX coils should be linked separately on Pure Vaper once their confirmed internal URLs are available.

How To Set Up The Vaporesso LUXE XR MAX 2
- 1Select the supplied MTL or DTL LUXE XR pod for the vaping style you want to use.
- 2Check that the compatible GTX coil is fitted securely in the selected pod.
- 3Remove the pod from the device, open the silicone filling plug and fill through the designated e-liquid port.
- 4Close the silicone plug firmly after filling and allow a newly installed coil to soak for five minutes before use.
- 5Reattach the pod and adjust the side airflow control to suit your preferred draw.
- 6Press the power button five times within two seconds to switch the device on or off.
- 7Press the power button three times within two seconds to unlock wattage adjustment, then set power within the recommended range for the fitted GTX coil.
- 8Press the power button once to confirm the selected wattage, then press and hold the fire button while vaping.
